2. Role of The Insurance Hack The Insurance Hack acts solely as an intermediary in connecting users with external insurance brokers. We do not provide insurance products, underwrite policies, or make any guarantees regarding the terms, pricing, or coverage of any insurance policy offered by the broker.
3. External Broker Services All insurance quotes provided through The Insurance Hack are sourced from independent, third-party brokers. These brokers are responsible for the accuracy, validity, and availability of the quotes they provide. Any engagement or agreement you enter into with an insurance provider is solely between you and the provider.
4. No Liability The Insurance Hack is not responsible for any discrepancies, errors, or misrepresentations in the insurance quotes provided by external brokers. We do not guarantee that you will receive the lowest available rates or the most suitable coverage for your needs. Any decisions you make based on the information provided are at your own risk.
5. No Financial or Legal Advice The Insurance Hack does not provide financial, legal, or insurance advice. All information provided is for general informational purposes only. You should consult with a licensed insurance professional before making any decisions regarding coverage.
6. User Responsibilities By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information when requesting an insurance quote. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in an inaccurate quote or affect the terms of any future insurance policy and will void any refund from TheInsuranceHack straight away.
7. Data Protection and Privacy The Insurance Hack values your privacy. Any personal data provided during the quote request process will be shared with third-party brokers/ Individuals solely for the purpose of generating your personalised insurance quote.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions The Insurance Hack reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
9.Enter a valid renewal quote on your form If no current renewal quote is given on the form and the specialist provides you with a quote then no refund is given. No refund is given if you provided a quote that is invalid or more expensive than the one we have found. e.g because of a ban or incorrect information. In simple terms we only give refunds if we can't beat a legitimate/valid quote you have provided on the form.
10. Contact the company on the form - Once purchased you have to contact the company by filling out the form to see if they can lower your quote, if they fail you are eligible. The company will do up to 3 quotes for you as you've paid the initial £49.99 fee, if you require more than 3 then the deposit is non refundable as we have to cover their time.
11. Refund Policy for 1-1 service - A refund will only be issued if the specialist is unable to lower a valid renewal quote that you have provided.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit an initial renewal quote to the email address provided in the information document before contacting the specialist.
The renewal quote must meet the following conditions:
• The quote must be a renewal quote, not a current, active, or previously issued quote.
• The quote must be submitted prior to contacting the specialist.
• The quote must contain comparable information to the details provided to the specialist.
If a valid renewal quote is not provided before contacting the specialist, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Once purchased, you must read and complete the steps provided on the information document before submitting your form to the specialist. If you experience any issues during this process, you must contact the specialist using the WhatsApp number or office contact details provided on their website.
If the specialist is unable to lower your quote, you must contact our customer service team via email to allow us the opportunity to review the case and attempt to obtain additional quotes on your behalf.
The company may run up to three quotes as part of the service covered by the initial £49.99 fee. Requests for more than three quotes may result in the deposit becoming non-refundable, as the fee covers the specialist’s time and resources.
If, after this process, the specialist is still unable to provide a lower quote than the valid renewal quote you submitted, you will be eligible for a refund.
Providing false or misleading information to the specialist may result in your policy being invalidated.
